Gyeongbokgung Palace

Gyeongbokgung Palace built in 1395 under the instructions of King Yi Seong-gye, Taejo of Joseon. It is the largest palace among the other five palaces. Gyeongbokgung Palace served as the home of Kings of the Joseon Dynasty, the Kings' household as well as the government of Joseon. If you want to know more about the history of Korea, you should visit Gyeongbokgung Palace.

    (June to August: ~18:30; November to February: ~17:00)
    You cannot enter the palace start from 1 hour before the closing time.
